Scheduling & Attendance
Initial evaluations typically last one hour. Frequency and duration vary based on your condition, goals, and response to treatment. Most clients are seen weekly for several weeks to a few months.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make the best use of our time and resources.
-
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be charged the full session fee.
-
A valid credit card is required when booking your first appointment and will remain on file.
-
Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session.
-
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.
