Hello! I’m Shonna Moak, Doctor of Physical Therapy
and founder of Called 2 Fitness — a home-based physical therapy and wellness practice serving the Tri-Cities community.
Since 2005, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of movement in healing. My own experience overcoming back pain deepened my passion to empower others to understand, trust, and restore confidence in their bodies.

My Journey
Called 2 Fitness began from a deep passion for wholistic and cleint-centered wellness. Recognizing a need for comprehensive care and compassion, I established this clinic to help individuals achieve their health goals.

Called 2 Fitness reflects a wholistic approach to healing and a personal calling rooted in faith. While physical therapy often focuses on one area, I believe true wellness comes from honoring how all parts—physical, emotional, and spiritual—are connected.
The number “2” holds special meaning—biblically symbolizing balance, relationship, and the rhythm of life: call and response, give and take. It also reflects the nature of Jesus Christ—divine and human—and the deep connection between body and soul.
I’m called to this work not only as a therapist, but as a mother, a believer, and someone passionate about walking with others toward healing and growth.
While my journey is rooted in faith, I welcome and serve people of all backgrounds with respect, and compassion, and care for the whole person.
